London, UK – Hybrid (Office: London Bridge)
Full‑time, Analytics Department
Title: Data Analyst
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (plus generous EMI share offering)
Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays
Mission: Elevate later life for everybody and build the care sector of the future
Office Policy: Hybrid with 2 core office days per week
The Opportunity
Effective use of data is at the core of the transformation underway in the care sector. We are looking for a commercially‑mindful Data Analyst to join our analytics team and partner directly with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams. The role offers exceptional breadth and autonomy: you help shape strategy with leadership, drive partner acquisition, support board reporting and unlock insights from our rapidly‑evolving platform. With ambitious growth targets and a lean team, you will define how Lottie creates value from its unique data asset.
What does this role involve?
- The full stack of data analytics tasks: building data pipelines, dashboards and reports, experimentation, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating very closely with Commercial, Product & Finance to drive strategic decision‑making.
- Writing clean, efficient, well‑documented SQL at a fast pace.
- Experimenting with AI tools and integrations to enhance quality and internal productivity.
- Contributing to a culture of curiosity and helping everyone at Lottie better understand the business.
What problems will you be solving?
- Driving commercial growth through data – harnessing BigQuery to identify acquisition opportunities, building analyses in Hex that demonstrate platform value, and training team members to use Metabase for self‑serve insights.
- Unlocking product intelligence – uncovering how care providers interact with our platform, using experiments and analytics techniques to understand cause and effect, and communicating Found’s value proposition across the business.
- Enabling financial excellence and board‑level insights – working with Finance to optimize processes, ensure accuracy, and support critical board reporting.
- Building data products that ship fast – owning the full life cycle of data products: from abstract stakeholder requirements to polished workflows, datasets, and dashboards.
- Multiplying your impact with AI – utilising AI tools heavily to accelerate analysis, generate insights faster, and deliver more value.
We think you’ll be a great fit if
- You’re technically strong and move fast – ~4 years of data analytics experience with advanced SQL proficiency; able to write complex queries and build clean data models quickly.
- You’re commercially‑mindful – able to understand business context, identify opportunities that drive action, probe deeper, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that move the needle.
- You’re an exceptional problem‑solver – proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, thrive on ambiguity, break down abstract requirements into actionable solutions.
- You’re a compelling communicator – proven experience influencing diverse stakeholders from technical teams to non‑technical commercial leaders; translate complex analyses into clear narratives.
- You’re analytically rigorous – demonstrate numerical and statistical aptitude through work, studies, or outside projects; apply analytical approaches appropriately and explain methodology clearly.
- You’re excited by AI’s potential – actively use AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and productivity, constantly exploring new ways to work faster and deliver more value.
This role isn’t for you if
- Our mission to elevate later life care doesn’t resonate with you.
- You prefer working in isolation rather than part of a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
- You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer detailed specifications over problem‑solving from first principles.
- You haven’t embraced AI tools in your work or aren’t curious about AI’s potential.
- You prioritise perfect work over impact.
- You’re looking for a role where you can specialize in a specific area.
