A reputable charity organization is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing CYP Lead to shape therapeutic services for young people in Hove. Responsibilities include managing wellbeing workers and overseeing counselling assessments. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of post-qualification experience in counselling, solid understanding of safeguarding, and proven experience in supervising staff. This fulltime position offers a salary of £36,530 pro rata, with a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years post-qualified in counselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management support to wellbeing workers.
• Carry out counselling assessments for children and young people.
