Your tasks
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
  • Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling)
  • Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP
  • Support the training in inventory audit checks to others
  • Holiday cover for admin
  • Support with LO audits and counts when required
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • HNC or equivalent
