About the Role

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will implement security-oriented infrastructure and preventative measures across the organisation. From firewalls to cloud security, this role combines hands-on engineering with proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Deploy and manage security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, IAM).
  • Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security assessments.
  • Assist in incident detection and response, investigating and resolving security events.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure IT and engineering systems.
Skills & Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of network security architecture and secure configuration practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM tools.
  • Familiarity with high-demand environments (motorsport, aerospace, defence, financial trading) desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to responsible cybersecurity practices.
