Position

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining and developing close relationships with our long-standing and new customers.
  • Assisting customers with all enquiries about our products and services.
  • Inform & update customers on order lead-time.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
  • Receive and process customers stock orders accurately and by agreed deadlines.
  • Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels.
Requirements

You will have:

  • 1 years experience within a customer service role, ideally in a manufacturing/construction environment (however not essential).
  • Confidence using the telephone, be resilient and have a natural rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Other information

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:30 , 40h per week with 30min break
