A leading hire provider in Thurnscoe is looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to manage the hire process and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves liaising with stock teams and drivers while building strong relationships with customers. Thurnscoe depot
Based in the depot, the Customer Support Co‑ordinator is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Customer Support Co‑ordinator coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be desk‑based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
