About the Role:

As a Customer Service champion, you’ll be the go‑to person for our customers—managing emails, answering calls, and partnering with warehouse and transport teams to keep orders and deliveries running like clockwork.

What your day will involve:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and a smile
  • Guiding customers on how to use our Portal for seamless self‑service
  • Quickly resolving transport and courier enquiries to keep things moving
  • Building strong, positive relationships with customers and suppliers to solve issues efficiently

Your skills and attributes will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in customer service or office administration with top‑notch phone and email skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask
  • Strong communicator who builds lasting relationships internally and externally
