About the role

Customer Service Executive 📍 Location: Nottingham NG16 4HY 🕒 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (bank holiday working may be required)

Play an important part in our journey

As a Customer Service Executive at Bidfood, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding service to our customers. This is a position where you’ll play a key role in handling and resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Day to day, you’ll be:
  • Handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails

  • Using your judgement to provide quick, effective solutions
  • Liaising with colleagues across the depot to ensure clear communication
