A leading outsourced administration service provider in Stirling is seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries about life assurance and pension plans, ensuring a seamless experience. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those from various customer-facing backgrounds. 37.5 Hours per week, between 8am-6pm

What does the Customer Service Representative role involve?
Your role includes handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You will help customers plan for retirement, access investments, update personal information, and support families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter.
Comprehensive training will be provided, so financial services experience isn\'t essential. Many new colleagues join us from customer‑facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or the travel industry.
