As a Customer Sales Assistant based in our Rawdon branch you’ll be responsible for serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations, responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, working within the warehouse maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards (manual handling heavy stock), booking stock in & putting it away, picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role is based Adwick Park, Swinton, Rotherham S63 5NA. You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are currently within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will be to assist with retentions, selling additional products and services as required and you will also deal with brand new customers.
