Job description

Due to our continued growth, we're looking to recruit somebody who is passionate about their job & enjoys working within a close-knit team. Our Customer Service Administrators are the first point of contact for our customers & must always maintain the highest level of service. You will work in a fast-paced environment - No two days are ever the same!

Job Role:

  • Responsible for the administration of incoming insurance claims
  • Booking customers in for estimates & their vehicle repairs
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Effectively operate a Bodyshop Management system, maintaining detailed claim logs
  • Liaise with our Customers, Work Providers & Insurance companies to provide progress updates on repairs
  • Ensure the efficient operation of vehicle movements (in/out)
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Take card payments from customers for Sales Invoices
  • Take a proactive approach to work & assisting colleagues where necessary
  • Dealing with any other ad-hoc tasks as set by Line Manager or Operations Manager

  • A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company

  • Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Very good written and spoken English is essential
  • Excellent IT skills - specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
