We have an exciting opportunity available to become aCustomer Service Advisor here at AxisCLC!

CLC, part of Axis CLC, is a national maintenance and refurbishment provider with over 1,000 employees and 13 UK offices. We support clients across the healthcare, defence, leisure, heritage, commercial and education sectors, delivering essential building services. As part of the Axis CLC group, backed by over 110 years of combined experience across the organisation, we offer responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance, decarbonisation, and refurbishment solutions nationwide.

We’re recruiting a Customer Service Advisorto join multiple contracts within the call centre environment. The successful applicant will deal withinbound customer calls, emails from tenants relating to household repairs and ensuring enquiries are resolved smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide our clients and customers with excellent, first contact resolution services across multiple channels.
  • Taking inbound calls and emails from tenants in relation to repair works; including raising new jobs, and scheduling appointments.
  • Using IT Systems to raise new repairs, book in and rearrange appointments for tenants.
  • Dealing with tenants’ queries over the phone and via emails effectively.
  • Liaising with Supervisors, Operatives and Sub-Contractors to provide updates on repair works.
  • Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives, and work instructions related to sustainability improvement and environmental compliance.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of using IT software packages and/or company systems
