  • Analysing test results, sharing learning and scaling winning variants
  • Establishing testing frameworks, guardrails and documentation of learning
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Working with product, data, tech, ops & compliance teams to align CRM with product features and backend data
  • Supporting launches, campaigns, seasonal promos & new features with CRM input (e.g., user segmentation & targeting)
  • Liaising with local & regional markets to ensure consistency and adaptability
Strategic & Process Contribution
  • Proposing strategic experiments & new initiatives (e.g., predictive reactivation or win‑back triggers)
  • Helping to refine the CRM roadmap, KPIs and prioritisation
  • Ensuring documentation, process standards and internal training on CRM practices are met
  • Prioritising, organising and balancing important tasks and any additional duties as required, commensurate with the role
The Person

You will need a minimum of 1 year’s hands‑on experience in a similar CRM role, with a track record of success in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing activities, ideally in an online sportsbook and casino environment.

  • Experience with CRM / automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, WebEngage, Insider, Xtremepush)
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI / dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI & Looker)
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodology (control groups, uplift, significance)
  • Excellent communication & storytelling ability, including the ability to explain data to various stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with financial / transaction data, cross‑border markets and / or regulatory / data privacy constraints
