A leading insurance company based in Norwich is seeking a Customer Operations Insurance Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and support business needs. Candidates should have experience in insurance or financial administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with intermediaries. The role offers a salary between £26,900 to £28,500 and includes generous benefits such as a pension scheme, bonus opportunities, and paid volunteering days.
