We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Migrations Executive to join our Customer Migrations team. In this role, you will manage the customer journey as clients transition from legacy products to our new SaaS solutions.
You will take ownership of a defined customer group, ensuring they receive a seamless migration experience while maximising their value from the IRIS product suite. Your success will be measured on revenue retention and growth, and your approach will be structured, organised, and commercially focused.
