Founded in 2016, the brand is known for its kindness-infused garments and initiatives that support those in need. Based in Marlow with 5 retail stores across the UK, Scamp & Dude has seen significant growth in its womenswear division, worn by well known celebrities, and has made substantial charitable contributions. With a mission to make a positive impact, the brand has donated over 8000 Superhero Sleep Buddies, 70,000 Super Scarves, and over 3 million pounds worth of donations.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Insights Manager located in Marlow, with 1-2 days a week, with working from home the rest of the week. The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for gathering and analysing customer and market data to provide actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analysing data, and developing strategies based on customer and business insights. The role involves working closely with various departments to inform business decisions and support the company's goals

What you'll be doing:
  • Developing and executing customer insights to support the full customer journey from acquisition to retention
  • Producing weekly customer insight reports to support wider business objectives
  • Delivering targeted native automations
  • Using segmentation and automation to personalise and optimise communications
  • Analysing CRM performance and driving continuous improvement
  • Driving a roadmap of test and learn initiatives aligned to wider marketing goals
  • Ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR and privacy laws
  • Collaborating across teams to promote a customer-first culture
  • Supporting both the Head of Performance and Head and Brand Marketing
Experience
  • Experience in CRM, email marketing, or loyalty programmes ideally within retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel
  • Confident using Ometria, Klaviyo, Yotpo and Shopify
  • Enjoy working with data, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Basic HTML skills and solid understanding of data privacy
  • Experience with loyalty programmes or ecommerce platforms (nice to have)
  • Genuinely passionate about customer experience and data-driven marketing
  • General interest and passion for all things fashion and e-commerce related, whilst always staying up to date with current industry-related trends.
  • Someone who wants to be part of a growing team and business, with ambitious goals, but wants to have fun while achieving them.
  • The ability to flex and deal with a fast paced environment.
  • Someone who wants to learn and be part of a business where then can develop their skillset.
  • Needs to be someone who is curious, looking to make improvements and happy to ask questions.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Business Insights, Customer Insight, and Market Research
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
