• Directly Architect the On-Site Revenue Engine: Design and own the entire on-site conversion strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. Your data-driven roadmap will guide the company.
• Act with Radical Freedom: Manage budget and leverage the advanced AI-native stack to test, innovate, and scale winning strategies across the user journey with minimal approval hurdles.
• Experience True Impact: Translate your optimization roadmap into multi-million dollar revenue and help position Puffy as a premier luxury mattress brand globally.
