Qualifications

• Prior credit control experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, with a confident phone manner.
• Ambitious and eager to learn and develop.
• Good level of numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated customer ledger and follow up on overdue payments.
• Foster internal and external customer relationships for efficient collections.
• Record all queries promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in generating customer reports and conducting debt analysis.
• Contribute to credit limit assessments in line with company policies.
