We have an excellent opportunity for a professional and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Credit Controller. This role is well suited to someone with a strong sense of integrity, a confident but respectful communication style, and an interest in working within credit control or financial administration.
You will play an important part in supporting our business, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure invoices are managed accurately, payment terms are upheld, and high standards of service are maintained at all times. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring client debt, maintaining regular contact with clients to agree and follow up on payment arrangements, and resolving billing queries in a professional and timely manner. You will liaise closely our Partners to provide clear updates on outstanding invoices and ensure robust credit control procedures are consistently followed.
You will produce regular reports, update client payment information accurately within internal systems, and issue statements and correspondence in line with agreed timescales. The role will also involve taking payments over the telephone, managing departmental banking and reconciliation processes and on occasion supporting our Debt Recovery team.
