The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Crèche Supervisor to join our team and support the Crèche Manager in providing a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children. You will ensure the crèche is fully compliant with regulatory guidelines, while motivating and leading the Crèche Assistants to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will support the development of exciting new initiatives, create a welcoming space for both children and parents and ensure the crèche operates smoothly. As a role model, you'll inspire your team and play a key part in maintaining a positive, safe and nurturing environment. You'll also have the opportunity to deputise for the Crèche Manager when required. If you’re passionate about early childhood care, have strong leadership skills and want to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience & Skills Required
  • Minimum of a Level 3 in Children and Young Persons Workforce or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a crèche, childcare or nursery environment.
Schedule
  • We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300.
  • Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements - weekends and bank holidays.
  • Evening availability for functions.
