Creative Producer/Community Outreach Lead

We are recruiting a Creative Producer/Community Outreach Lead for the Brockley Max Festival 2026. The role is to increase our global majority audience and events; to promote the festival to diverse audiences across Lewisham, and to create diverse music line ups for our two stages - the Opening Night (29 May) and Max In The Park (6 June).

We particularly welcome applications from global majority applicants who have existing music and arts connections and networks in Lewisham.

  • Marketing and communications skills including creating content for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
Preferred Experience
  • Outreaching and booking musicians and artists in Lewisham
  • Building relationships with global majority organisations and communities to develop audiences, participants and volunteers
  • Strong IT proficiency (Excel, Mailchimp, Google forms, docs and sheets)

Closing date: 08 Jan

Salary: £150 per day on a freelance basis. The post involves 30 days work between February and mid-June 2026. Note the person will be required to work on both Friday 29 May and Saturday 7 June as well as some days in between. This is a remote job.
