We support children’s development to ensure they become confident, enthusiastic, independent learners and happy, content people. Children at Creative Flair learn through play, creativity and fun activities.

We are currently seeking a new Nursery Manager to join our team. This is due to our current Manager receiving a promotion to Senior Manager level. We have a strong and dedicated team of Early Years Educators at the nursery who are committed to providing high quality care and early years education to our children. We enjoy being creative and engaging babies and children in a wide range of arts activities, which helps them grow to become confident people.

Creative Flair Childcare has an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. We are able to offer flexibility with working hours and this can be a part time or full time role. (For this role you will need an NVQ 3 or equivalent full and relevant qualification.)

Responsibilities

• As a Manager within our team you would have responsibility for ensuring that children are cared for in a safe and positive environment, with a high level of vigilance in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
• Oversee planning activities based on the ages and interests of the children in your room.
• Ensure the nursery maintains an engaging and stimulating environment.
• Take responsibility for ensuring exceptionally high levels of care and early years education for our children.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
• Commit to exceptional outcomes for all children, including those with SEN.
• Engage with the ethos of the nursery.
• Plan and lead monthly staff meetings.
• Take responsibility for aspects of safer recruitment, onboarding of new staff and staff supervisions.
• Build effective relationships with staff, parents and external professionals.

Entry requirements

Please only apply for this position if you already hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
