At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to excellence and high standards.As a Cost Analyst, you will support the financial, commercial, and performance management of capital projects and planned programmes of work. You’ll assist the Commercial and Cost Mangers in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring supplier payments and Purchase-to-Pay processes are accurate and compliant.You will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, providing accurate and timely insight into costs, risks, and opportunities. This includes applying commercial challenge to pricing, variations, and ad-hoc services to ensure value for money across the portfolio of works.In this role, you will monitor contractor and project performance, contribute to KPI reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed programme, cost, and service expectations. You’ll also play a key part in supporting health and safety compliance across the portfolio while maintaining accurate records for reporting, audits, and commercial assurance.Additional responsibilities include preparing performance and financial information for stakeholder review meetings, supporting commercial assurance processes, and ensuring supplier payments are made in line with contractual agreements.
