We’re looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will support the business in a range of transactions and advisory services, including:

  • Buy‑side and sell‑side advisory
  • Fundraising and growth capital investments
  • Valuations, strategic advice and financial modelling
Key Responsibilities
  • Support corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
  • Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
  • Contribute to pitch meetings and support the team’s ongoing growth
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
  • Supporting Partners and Managers on project delivery
  • Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis
  • Prepare financial valuations and analysis
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
  • Confident in presenting and articulating findings
