• Manage a diverse residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Take matters from instruction through to completion, keeping clients regularly updated
• Prepare and review legal documentation, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters to exchange and completion
• Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure consistent service standards
