Contract Manager – Bellshill, Scotland, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
- Accountable for the financial performance of the contract
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups
- Manage risks relating to SHEQ through RAMS, PPE, training and procedures
- Develop and sustain relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, sub‑contractors and the client.
- Oversee client service delivery across multiple locations and maintain resources collaboratively
- Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the contract
- Set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s, seeking added value opportunities
- Coordinate mobile teams for PPM and reactive works, ensuring completion times are logged in the AMS
- Review monthly audit checks, contract performance and agree future plans with the Account Manager
- Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews
- Deliver training and corporate briefings
- Lead contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
- Manage support functions and interface with third‑party suppliers and sub‑contractors
- Maintain commercial understanding of client deliverables across all services
- Regularly meet with the client to understand their requirements
- Drive profit improvement through sales generation and cost‑saving initiatives in collaboration with operations teams
Qualifications
- Previous contract management experience in Social Housing and compliance
- Sound technical background with recognised M&E qualifications
- Good knowledge of building services and legislation
- H&S qualification
- Water Systems and Legionella Control – HSG274
- Experience using a CAFM system
- Asbestos awareness
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised as well as in a team
- Flexible and adaptable to change, able to think clearly in extreme circumstances
- Full, clean driver’s licence is essential
