A leading defence organization is seeking a Health & Safety professional to join its Facilities Management Department. This role involves ensuring safe delivery of contractor controls, conducting inspections, and providing compliance guidance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NEBOSH Certificate, experience in construction environments, and strong problem-solving skills. We are actively seeking a Health & Safety professional to join the Facilities Management Department.
Salary: Circa £40,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Working closely with the Contractor Compliance & CDM Manager to ensure that all Facilities Project work and Contractor Controls are delivered safely, with best practice in a fast-moving environment. The role engages with the Facilities Team and supports across works across the wider business, building relationships with contractors.
