The Job

The role of the Contract Systems & SaaS Reporting Administrator is to act as the primary support between the sales, finance, and Revenue Operations teams to embed and execute a robust process that supports sales opportunities through to finance contracts, the corresponding contract life cycle, and all relevant reporting requirements (Finance, SaaS, Business Metrics).

Your responsibilities
  • Maintain the end-to-end Salesforce to Intacct contract process for all opportunity sales cycle types.
  • Support sales representatives and the finance team, acting as the primary point of contact for the finance contract strategy and execution process.
  • Analyse account information, license parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail to create a seamless sale to billing cycle.
  • Document, review, and maintain the finance contract management standard operating procedure.
  • Lead collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Rev Ops and other applicable stakeholders to review and align on finance contracts as needed.
  • Create and maintain multiple level reporting for SaaS, Finance, and Business metrics derived from contracts.
  • Develop additional self‑service analytics capabilities associated with the above reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure their reporting requirements are developed and maintained.
  • Related ad‑hoc duties as required.
Your Skills, Experience and Behaviours
  • Undergraduate/first‑level degree (e.g., bachelor’s degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or other relevant area.
  • Minimum 2 years contract‑related experience, preferably in a procurement, finance, legal or sales support role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Sage Intacct or similar systems required.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Highly responsive and proactive in issue identification, communication, and managing expectations.
  • Values efficiency over the comfort of process with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Consistently high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well organised, flexible, and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Pragmatic and logical approach to challenges and problem solving.
  • Willing and able to learn new skills.
  • Proactive self‑starter and an effective and approachable team member.
