Position

Continuous Improvement Leader – Permanent, Norwich (on-site)

Job Summary

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and inspiring teams to embrace continuous improvement? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. As our Lean Leader, you will be the catalyst for change, embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the value stream team. You will lead initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimise processes, ensuring we remain competitive in a fast-paced industry.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Competitive Salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing operations
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction
  • Lead cross‑functional improvement projects from concept to implementation
  • Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of problem‑solving and innovation
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow essential/Green desirable)
  • Level 3 Improvement Technician
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
