A leading public services company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Consultant to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer journeys and create efficiencies. This homebased role, requiring some travel within the UK, involves identifying business issues, conducting analyses, and implementing solutions. Candidates must have experience in business change and strong analytical skills. Location: Homebased with travel around UK required
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus excellent benefits
Schedule: 6-month secondment fixed term contract – Subject to Bid Award

As a Continuous Improvement Consultant in our Customer Solutions Centre team, you’ll design and deliver innovative solutions that improve business, client, and customer journeys. Your work will help create efficiencies and enhance experiences that positively impact communities and society. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing multiple initiatives, and supporting growth-related projects. This is a chance to make a tangible difference by driving improvements that matter.
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. Depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
