As a Content Specialist, you will play a key role in driving demand generation and brand awareness through the creation of engaging, multi-channel content across email, social and web. You will develop your craft across both short-form and long-form copywriting, supporting high-performing top-of-the-funnel campaigns while continuously refining messaging through testing, optimisation and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in written communication, attention to detail and workload management, while building strong influence through ideas that shape how our brand is experienced.
You will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, working alongside demand generation, social media, content, studio and design colleagues to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. A core part of your role will be proofreading and editing content from across the organisation, ensuring consistent use of our brand tone of voice. You will build strong relationships across teams, contributing as a trusted partner who supports shared goals and champions teamwork.
Your work will actively engage and grow MHR’s customer and prospect communities, helping to build long-term brand awareness and customer loyalty. By supporting social-first content, refining campaign messaging, and repurposing existing assets to extend their shelf life, you will maximise the return on our content investment. Through testing ideas with internal stakeholders and customer communities, and applying insights from marketing analytics, you will continuously improve performance and ensure our content delivers meaningful impact at scale.
