Role Purpose

The Content & Community Management Associate is responsible for thinking and planning how to engage with our individual client communities, and is pivotal for the growth of brand accounts. We are looking for social natives who are natural born creators – able to ideate, shoot (on your phone or other equipment) and edit content.

You will play an integral role in shaping our client’s online presence, managing social media accounts, creating compelling content and nurturing online communities. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with marketing, social media, client services, and projects teams to drive our client’s brand success. You will report to the Creative Strategy Partner.

Associate Partner

An Associate Partner is a supporting position within a team and acts as the bridge between Client and Partner. An Associate focuses on channel analysis and optimisation, a self‑sufficient, proactive person who supports the partner on strategy and client goals. The position is client‑facing with overall performance responsibility for a Client, Channel or Function.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work with the Partner to set strategy and deliver strong community management and growth of brand accounts.
  • Partner with the full social team to identify scaled opportunities for brand fame, informed by social intelligence and audience understanding.
  • Collaborate with the influencer team to discover scaled opportunities for creator and influencer markets.
  • Manage conversations for a range of clients offering consumer services.
  • Schedule approved content, optimising for the best frequency.
  • Report and optimise content performance.
  • Develop and manage channel strategy.
  • Identify content that aligns with trending themes and moments.
  • Act as a creative voice within the agency and externally to elevate creative outputs.
  • Contribute to delivering communications that are more relevant, drive better results and foster rewarding careers.
Role Details

Reports to: Sophie Massey

Responsible for: Organic Social Media & Creator efforts

Location: 18 Lower Byrom St, Manchester M3 4AP & Hybrid

Hours / Days: 5 days per week

Skills & Experience Required
  • 3‑5+ years of experience.
  • A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive.
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Confidence in writing, editing strong content, and storytelling.
  • Driven to continuously improve with a curious mind and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong, engaging communication style, able to sell and showcase ideas internally and externally.
Desirable Qualifications And Experience
  • Experience with CXM tools like Sprout or Sprinklr.
  • Ability to take ideation through to execution (storyboards and pitches included).
  • Strategic thinker with experience growing brands on social media.
  • Understanding of PR tactics and social/brand strategy.
  • Client servicing & stakeholder management skills.
