Job summary

A leading NHS foundation trust located in Liverpool is looking for a Locum Consultant in Paediatric Neurophysiology. The successful candidate will perform EEG reporting, run an EMG clinic, and contribute to Video Telemetry. This role is for 10 PA's over a fixed-term of 12 months, with opportunities for flexible working. The Paediatric Neurology service sits within the division of medicine and provides secondary and tertiary care for children with neurological conditions throughout Liverpool, Cheshire and the wider Northwest of England and North Wales regions. It is a large busy service serving a population of 8 million. This includes services for complex epilepsy including evaluation by epilepsy surgery (CESS), neuromuscular, neuroinflammation and demyelination services along with movement disorder and neuro rehabilitation.

• On specialist register for Clinical Neurophysiology (CCT or equivalent) or within 6 months of award of CCT by date of interview
