A leading healthcare provider in Maidstone is looking for a Business Development Lead to enhance consultant relations and drive revenue growth. Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone (with travel to outreach centres in Sevenoaks, Orpington & Tunbridge Wells)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Between £45,000 to £48,000

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you’ll lead on the development and delivery of a comprehensive Consultant Engagement Strategy — building strong partnerships with consultants, GP referrers, and allied health professionals to grow our private and NHS activity.
You’ll also manage and mentor our Primary Care Liaison Team, ensuring cohesive working, high performance and exceptional service delivery.
