A leading global creator company is seeking a Business Affairs Consultant to support their Whalar Studios division. The role involves negotiating creator agreements, managing production paperwork, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property regulations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or entertainment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. This position is remote, with occasional attendance required in London, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Work Location: Remote (with in-person attendance in London on an ad-hoc basis)
Start Date: January 2026 (3-month FTC with opportunity to extend)

We are seeking a Business Affairs Consultant to support our growing Whalar Studios division with production paperwork, appearance agreements, risk assessments, and freelancer contracts. Further, supporting Whalar Agency, you will draft, negotiate, and execute creator/talent agreements (for the benefit of Brand clients) within the EMEA and DACH regions, as well as review the Creator’s provided content for intellectual property risks and other applicable regulations.
You’re not in it alone; you will be joining a team of two based in London to support the growth and development of the EMEA and DACH regions.
