Elanic Hospital is a growing private surgical centre delivering high-quality elective care across orthopaedics, general surgery, plastics, ENT, and day-case procedures. To support service growth and reduce reliance on locum cover, we are recruiting two full-time employed Consultant Anaesthetiststo join our permanent medical workforce.

The Role

You will work as part of a stable, consultant-led anaesthetic team supporting elective operating lists and limited on-call cover.

Job Plan (40 hours/week):

• 9 clinical sessions(4 hours each) - Elective theatre lists and day-case activity
• 1 on-call / availability session - Low-intensity, rota-based cover
• Predictable weekly schedulewith minimal disruption

This is a non-resident on-call model, designed to support patient safety while maintaining work-life balance.

Remuneration Package

We offer a top-quartile employed packagedesigned to attract and retain experienced consultants.

• Base salary: £140,000 per annum
• On-call availability supplement: £15,000 per annum
• Performance / contribution bonus:up to £15,000 per annum
