A regional apprenticeship program is offering an opportunity for an ambitious individual to start their career in Construction Site Management. The role involves assisting Senior Managers with planning and organizing construction activities, maintaining project records, and overseeing sites to ensure safety and quality. Candidates should possess clear communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn. The position is located in Norwich and is open to applicants aged 18 and above.
We have an opportunity for a well organised individual to take their first steps towards a career in Construction Site Management with a specialist interior and exterior walling systems contractor. The project comprises a multi-phase refurbishment of the iconic and Grade II listed 'Lasdun Wall' buildings at the University of East Anglia (UEA).
The working hours would be 08:00 – 16:30 with a 1-hour unpaid break.
The hourly rate would be £7.55.
Due to working directives and number of hours on site, applications can only be considered from applicants aged 18+.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, ambitious and passionate about a career in construction. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning, focused and have a good work ethic and open to learning new skills in a real-life environment.
