Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering major projects.
• Membership with a relevant industry body such as CIOB, APM, CIAT, or RICS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and external resources.
• Manage delivery of substructures, RC frame, and external works.
• Coordinate supply chain deliveries weekly.
• Develop and monitor working programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Manage risks to avoid project delays.
• Produce progress and management reports.
