A leading care organization in Essex is seeking an Employment Consultant to support individuals facing barriers to employment. This role involves providing end-to-end support for job seekers, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills. Inclusive Employment - Supporting customers
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.
Contract:Fixed-term until 31/07/2027

ECL is working on behalf of Essex County Council to deliver ‘Connect to Work’ for people who face additional barriers to employment, as part of the Government’s new ‘Get Britain Working’ initiative.
The Connect to Work Employment Consultant will provide end-to-end support for individuals seeking employment, including vocational profiling, job matching and in-work support. You take a person-centred approach to ensure individuals are matched to job roles based on skills and experience.
You’ll use your initiative, outstanding communication skills, and pro-active problem-solving ability to ensure successful employment outcomes are delivered and that contractual targets are met.
