• Experience in asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying, or mining.
• Good communication skills and a hardworking, reliable nature.
• Health and Safety experience is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Batching concrete as a primary responsibility.
• Ensuring the site is clean, tidy, and safe.
• Liaising with distribution teams and hauliers.
