We are looking to recruit a CONCESSION DEPUTY STORE MANAGER for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Dundee within the NEXT retail environment.

Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPIs. Additionally, you will manage a team of Amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store. You will look to support in motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example.

Qualifications

Required: Experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager in a retail environment. Strong leadership, customer service and KPI‑focused skills.
