Composite Laminator – Motorsport (Contract)

We are recruiting Composite Laminators to support a high-performance motorsport manufacturing environment. This role focuses on precision lay‑up of carbon fibre components where quality, consistency, and pace are critical to vehicle performance.

You will be working on complex, high‑value composite structures in line with demanding motorsport build schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay‑up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to engineering drawings and ply books
• Working with complex mould tools and high‑tolerance parts
• Ensuring accurate ply orientation, material control, and cleanliness
• Supporting vacuum bagging and preparation for cureAdhering to strict quality, FOD, and traceability standards
• Working efficiently under time‑critical motorsport build conditions

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator
