Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.30 (some flexibility considered)

Our welcoming Customer/Business Support and Compliance department are seeking a candidate to join our small and friendly team. This varied and stimulating role needs a flexible and enquiring mind, a high degree of focus, diligence and accuracy and a positive approach when speaking to customers and colleagues alike. 🗣️

What does it involve?
  • Maintaining high standards through checking that customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence has been fully completed to comply with Anti‑Money Laundering regulations, using both database reports and manual processes
  • Discussing concerns and high‑risk situations with senior colleagues
  • Assisting the department with additional compliance and administration processes and related business needs as required
  • Answering calls in a calm, friendly and helpful manner
The role requires:
  • An ability to work at pace and prioritise workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A logical, open and inquisitive mind to establish facts and communicate concerns clearly and concisely
  • Navigating internal and external databases with ease and speed, following initial training
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to support changing priorities within the department
  • Good communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a compliant focused role preferred
