Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting children and adults with complex health needs in Polegate. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you join our complex care team and will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. How we’ll support you: Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom‑based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in‑house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.
For this role, you must have experience in epilepsy and seizure management, ideally having administered medication.
