Base Pay

Female Complex Care Assistant

Location: Ilford, London

Pay: Monday to Friday £16.37, Saturday £18.21, Sunday £21.28

Shifts: 8am-5pm (Mainly Monday, Tuesday, Thursday but can change to Wednesday, Friday) and sometimes weekends, Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and mobility support
• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
• Experience with enteral feeding
• Experience with seizure management, epilepsy, seizure rescue medication
• Experience with tracheostomy
• Experience with ventilation
• Experience with oxygen therapy
• Experience with medication administration
• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
