Completions Case Manager – Buy to Let Mortgages
The overall responsibility of the role is to take ownership of allocated cases once offered through to completion.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and manage upcoming expiration of documents and offers.
- Maintain a pipeline of cases, overseeing cases from offer through to completion.
- Update all relevant systems to maintain management information.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to effectively manage the post‑offer caseload.
- Process incoming completion documentation either via post, email, etc.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly completion forecasts to line manager.
- Provide concise and accurate updates to brokers and solicitors.
- Proactively chase brokers for outstanding requirements.
- Build good relationships with 3rd party suppliers that are integral to the growth for WOSL including brokers and solicitors.
- All work is to be carried out in accordance with Enra Specialist Finance policies and procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Pass internal competency tests post induction.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Understanding of FCA regulation.
- Experience in the completions process for BTL Mortgages.
- CeMAP (desirable, not essential).
