The Compensation Advocate provides advice and assistance directly to our members, their families and the wider military community in relation to a range of claims and appeals matters with the Departments of Veterans Affairs as well as responsive immediate welfare support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and submitting compensation claims under supervision.
  • Working within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
  • Case Coordination – managing and updating client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Yourcomplex problem‑solving abilities and proven experience in learning, interpreting and applying complex legislation will make your application competitive. If you bring effective case management skills in a high‑volume work environment, even better.
