We’re looking for an experienced Community Safety Officer to join our dedicated team on a 12-month FTC. This newly created role is central to our anti-social behaviour (ASB) response, managing a varied caseload including the most complex and serious incidents, while providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Operating within a hybrid model, you’ll play a key role in delivering our ASB service, ensuring cases are handled promptly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
