Responsibilities

• Dealing with tenancy management issues and tackling anti-social behaviour.
• Resolving breaches of tenancy.
• Assisting with and delivering community initiatives.
• Developing local communications for tenants and stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
• Providing advice and assistance to tenants.
• Collaborating with colleagues for appropriate interventions.

• Experience working in a tenant-focussed environment, especially in relation anti-social behaviour, or enforcing tenancy conditions.
