A community-focused organization is seeking a Community Project Officer in Sheffield to enhance and increase participation in physical activity, sport, and wellbeing services. The role involves managing contracts with the Sheffield City Council, overseeing staff and volunteers, and developing income-generating opportunities. The successful candidate will work flexibly and collaboratively to deliver high-quality public services. This is a hybrid working position with a salary range of £38,220–£41,771.

The central aim is to develop and increase participation in physical activity and sport in Sheffield. The prime purpose of this role is to lead on and support the development, implementation, delivery and review of high-quality physical activity, sport and health and wellbeing services to the public of Sheffield. This will require flexible working hours and strong individual skills.
